Data Deletion Instructions

At LSI, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your data deleted from our platform, please follow the instructions below. We comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days.

What Data Can Be Deleted

• Your account information (name, email, phone, organization)
• Content you have uploaded or created on our platform
• Usage data associated with your account
• Any personal data we hold about you

Note: Certain data may be retained if required by Hong Kong law, for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records), or to protect against fraud.

Method 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, send an email to info@lsistream.ai with:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your account
• Your full name
• Any additional information to help us locate your account

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Method 3: Written Request

You may submit a written request to:

• Attention: Data Protection Officer — Patrick Siu

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account will be permanently deactivated
• Personal data will be deleted from our active systems within 14 days
• Backup copies may persist for up to 60 days before being overwritten
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics

Third-Party Data

If your data has been shared with third-party services through our platform, please contact those services directly regarding data deletion, as their policies apply independently.
